Guidelines for Tee Time allocations

• These are just guidelines; daily circumstances will be taken into account.
• The tee time organizer, Roxann Arey (aka Golfing Goddess, Queen of the Links, etc.) will manage the tee times each Tuesday using these guidelines.
• Backup tee time organizers are: Judy H. and (as a last resort) Mike B. (aka Puppet President).

1. 4-somes should be at the course 15 minutes before their tee time.
2. 4-somes will be sent out in that day’s assigned order (schedules will be passed out after we have formed teams).
3. Complete 4-somes will not be bumped past their assigned tee time.
4. Incomplete 4-somes will have the option to be bumped a tee time (swapped with another 4-some) or take a sub.
   • Tee time organizer chooses the sub.
   • The sub’s score will count.
   • Late arriving member’s score will not be used.
5. If a 3-some is out (because there are not enough subs) and the 4th shows up late, the 4th may be required to join the team on the course. If the 3-some is still on the first hole when the 4th arrives the tee time organizer will decide if the 4th can hit up or forfeit the hole.
   Note:
   • The late member will lose the individual point for each missed hole.
   • The total team score will not be affected.
